First discussing the initial ideas during a brief meeting on site, by email or call. Following the first ideas we discussed, I will present an estimate for the work.

Once the estimate is signed, I will start the project. As a designer I will study your company, product or service. To speed up the process, it is best to give me access to al the project materials at this moment. That being Logo, Texts, Photos, Sitemap, etc. Within the next 7 days I will present to you a professional and appropriate design for your website.

After the initial design presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and share comments. The revision process includes up to two feedback rounds* to avoid getting stuck in an ongoing cycle of small adjustments. This helps prevent unnecessary time and budget costs. Providing clear and constructive feedback is especially important.

After the final feedback round, I will complete the remaining revisions and finalize the design. Any final content, including text and photos, will also be incorporated in consultation with you.

Once the project is completed, you will receive an invoice for the full project amount (unless otherwise agreed upon). After payment is received, you will be provided with copies of all original files. Following this stage, minor edits and corrections will be handled free of charge, while larger revisions may incur additional costs*.
